PAYMENT RULES:

1. PAY FULL HOLIDAY COST + £100 DAMAGE DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING — Nothing to pay later, nothing on arrival. Paid in full upfront, simple and secure.

2. £100 DAMAGE DEPOSIT — Held against breakages, damage or lost items. THIS IS NOT A CLEANING CHARGE.

3. DEPOSIT REFUND: When you leave, we check the caravan. If everything is left tidy, clean and undamaged, your full £100 is returned within 3 working days.

4. CLEANING: Please leave the caravan as you found it — treat it like your own home, wash up, empty bins, leave tidy. NO CLEANING FEE.

CANCELLATION POLICY — EXACTLY AS AGREED:

• MORE THAN 4 WEEKS NOTICE: We retain the £100 deposit and refund 100% of your holiday cost.

• 3 WEEKS NOTICE: We charge 25% of holiday cost and refund 75%.

• 2 WEEKS NOTICE: We charge 50% of holiday cost and refund 50%.

• 1 WEEK NOTICE OR LESS: No refund given — We lose custom so full payment is retained.

HOW TO BOOK:

• Tell us your dates, number of people, and if bringing dogs.

• We confirm availability instantly.

• Pay total cost + £100 deposit.

• Done. Booked. Simple as that.
